Exchange & Return Policy

For all exchange and/or return requests that are not made on the same day of the original purchase, please kindly contact our Customer Service team at sales@pamashop.asia before heading down to any of our pop-up store.

 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, goods sold are not-exchangeable after they have been used or opened. We do not offer exchanges for the items in the categories below.

Non-exchangeable items include:

  • Food
  • Plants (including terrariums)
  • Socks
  • Jewellery
  • Inner wear / Swimwear
  • Baby products
  • Beauty & Grooming products
  • Pet clothes and accessories
  • Bean bags
  • Sale items
  • Earphones
  • Made-to-order items

 

Returns

We offer returns within 7 days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase. Write us an email at sales@pamashop.asia before heading down to any of our merchant partner stores and we will process your request within 3-5 working days.

 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds, you may exchange your product for an item of equal or lesser value should you be dissatisfied with your purchase if the product has not been opened and damaged.
